Laundry Room Packages for New Homes in Epperson
Epperson is the Wesley Chapel community built around a Crystal Lagoon, developed by Metro Development Group where builders including Lennar, Pulte, M/I Homes, D.R. Horton and DRB have built homes. A lagoon community means a lot of beach towels, swimsuits and pool gear, and in a new home all of it tends to end up stacked on top of the dryer.
Our New-Home Laundry Room Package fixes that: laundry cabinets professionally designed and installed for Epperson homes. Call +1 813-767-7535 for a free in-home consultation.
Each package is drawn to your measured room. These are the pieces we design with.
Wall cabinets above the washer and dryer, sized to the room's ceiling height
Base cabinets with a granite or quartz folding counter where the room allows it
A hanging rod or open section for clothes that can't go in the dryer
Optional laundry sink base, tall utility cabinet for brooms and the vacuum, or drawer storage
All-wood construction, no particle board, in the door style and finish you pick
Free in-home measure and a ProKitchen 3D rendering you approve before anything is ordered
Installed by Ryan Welker himself, the same person who designed it
The lagoon changes what an Epperson laundry room needs. Wet towels and swimwear come through it constantly, so a hanging rod over the machines and an open section for drying are worth more here than in most homes. A base cabinet for pool gear and sunscreen, and a counter that can take a damp towel without damage, round it out. Granite or quartz is the right choice for that counter, because it handles moisture without swelling.
We measure the laundry room and talk through how you actually use it.
You see a ProKitchen 3D rendering and approve it before anything is ordered.
Cabinets are ordered in the door style and finish you choose. No particle board.
Ryan installs it himself, usually a short job because a new home has nothing to tear out.
It helps to think about three things: what currently lives on top of the dryer or on the floor, whether you want a counter to fold on or a sink, and whether the room is also how you come in from the garage. Those answers decide whether the design is a single run of wall cabinets or a full room with a counter, drawers and a tall utility cabinet.

A hanging rod or open section to hang wet swimwear, a moisture-resistant granite or quartz counter, and closed base storage for towels and pool gear. All of it is drawn into the 3D design before you approve anything.
Each package is designed for the room, but it typically includes wall cabinets above the washer and dryer, base cabinets with a granite or quartz folding counter where there's space, and options such as a hanging rod, a sink base or a tall utility cabinet. It starts with a free in-home measure and a ProKitchen 3D rendering you approve before anything is ordered.
The cabinets are measured and installed after the home is built and you have the keys, because they're fitted to the finished walls. You can book the consultation as soon as you've closed.
All-wood construction with no particle board, which matters in a laundry room, where humidity and splashes break down particle board quickly.
It depends on the size of the room and what goes into it, so pricing comes after the free in-home measure and design, not before. Call 813-767-7535 to set up the consultation.
